JOB DESCRIPTION:
o Identification & mapping of the absolute SME Market Agent Wise & Approach Wise.
o Specific Product Based Need identification of these Markets / Clients.
o Recruitment of Agents Specializing in this Segment.
o Ownership and Servicing of Key Clients in corresponding territories.
o GWP Achievement V/s allocated targets.
Requirements
Desired Abilities & Competencies:
• Sound Communication abilities pertaining to corresponding territory.
• Non Motor Product Knowledge.
• Effective training & presentation skills.
• Relationship Management.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA/PGDBM
Minimum 4 years of acquaintance in sales with at atomic 2 years in accepted allowance industry
Experience in SME/Corporate approach will be preferred
